System Overview

We have developed the Gas Billing Assistant, a fuel station management system that simplifies issuing receipts or tax invoices for Thai customers in Thai Baht (THB).
The system retrieves fueling transaction data from the source system, including:

 

  • Date and time
  • Fuel type (Diesel, Gasoline, Gasohol, etc.)
  • Volume (liters)
  • Pricing in multiple currencies

 

It then automatically converts the amount into Thai Baht based on the configured exchange rate, allowing instant issuance of accurate and ready-to-use documents.

In addition, the system includes a Membership System for storing customer data such as name/company, phone number, and vehicle registration. This helps speed up future billing, reduce repetitive data entry, and enables data analysis for reporting and business growth.

Overall, the system improves operational efficiency, minimizes calculation errors, and elevates customer service to a more professional level.
